Although traditional consulting is normally billed by the hour, RDS much prefers to assess your needs and propose solutions based on “all-in” program pricing. RDS programs are designed to be customized and scaled to fit the individual needs of the dealer. The basic platform and purpose of each program however remains the same:
- Improve productivity
- Improve sales and profitability
- Improve customer satisfaction
- Engage employees
- Engender unity between departments
Although hourly rates are stipulated in the standard consulting agreement, “packaged” program pricing can supplant hourly billing in all of the RDS programs offered. This allows RDS customers the freedom from worry about cost over-runs, delays or other hourly billing concerns.
